Meet Yulli’s Therapeautic Healing Center | McLean, VA

Meet Yulli, she’s truly a gem. She is the founder of Yulli’s Therapeautic Healing Center in Mclean, Virginia.

Such wonderful women here! Our beautiful reiki healer, Laura, founder of Lead The Way Organics), myself, Yulli, founder, Yulli’s Therapeautic and Healing Center and Marily, founder of CREAM.

I know how easy it is to put yourself last. Between work, school schedules, activities, pet stuff, sports, running a business and keeping up with everyday life, taking time to slow down can feel like one more thing to fit in. That is what drew me to Yulli Ludeña and the thoughtful vision behind Yulli Therapeutic Healing Center in McLean.

Give yourself permission to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect. - Yulli

Yulli is a massage therapist, intuitive healer and founder who has built her practice around helping people feel seen, heard and cared for. She wanted to create a welcoming space where people could pause, reconnect with their bodies and receive support that feels personal. “I wanted to build a welcoming and peaceful space where each person feels seen, heard, and cared for as a whole person,” she shares.

What I appreciate about Yulli’s approach is how much she values the people around her. She has brought together a team of practitioners with different backgrounds and areas of experience, all contributing to her vision of caring for the whole person. She is especially intentional about recognizing their work and the role they play in the center’s community.

The center offers therapeutic massage, including Swedish, deep tissue and trigger point techniques, along with hot stone massage, neuromuscular massage and manual lymphatic drainage. There are also Reiki and energy healing experiences, physical therapy support and EMSELLA services for pelvic floor and bladder control concerns. The team can help clients understand the options and discuss which services may be appropriate for their needs.

Yulli also wants people to carry that sense of care into their everyday lives. Her Healing With Others retreats create space for breathwork, journaling, mindful movement and community connection. Her hope is that participants return home with simple practices they can continue using, making room for rest and reflection in their own routines.

Another part of her story that stood out to me is her connection to Peru, where she was born and raised. Through the center’s Giving Back to Peru initiative, a portion of every booking helps support children in her home village with resources such as laptops, books and school supplies. It is a meaningful connection between the business she has built here and the community where her story began.

Yulli is hosting Healing with Others: A Retreat on October 25, 2026, designed to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect, and heal alongside others.

I had the opportunity to attend a preview retreat, and it was such a genuinely calming and relaxing experience. Yulli has such a warm, grounding presence that I immediately felt comfortable, almost like I had known her for years.

During the retreat, I experienced a cacao ceremony to set intentions, a beautiful sound bath, Reiki healing, journaling in a gifted journal, a delicious healthy meal, and meaningful connection with others on their own healing journeys plus a wonderful gift bag with items I can use anytime.

A special thank-you to Marily Salls, Founder of CREAM Skin Studio for connecting me with Yulli. These introductions are one of my favorite parts of sharing local businesses through Vanessa in Vienna.

What I find most compelling about Yulli is her belief that care should continue beyond an individual appointment. She is building a healing community where people can explore different approaches to wellness, receive ongoing support and make restoration part of everyday life. For those of us who are used to taking care of everyone else, that is a welcome invitation to make room for ourselves, too.
